Exxelia Temex started business in 1971 at Pessac near Bordeaux in south-west France, producing frequency-adjustable components and ceramic capacitors and expanded in 1988 by the external acquisition of ferrite and dielectric materials. Since joining Exxelia Group in 2012, Exxelia Temex (formerly Temex-Ceramics) has specialized in the design and manufacture of radiofrequency and microwave passive electronic components and ceramic capacitors. Today it focuses on three core lines: Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs), High-Frequency Adjustable Capacitors and Tuning Devices, and Microwave Materials with an eye toward material development and composition, micro-mechanics, ceramic-metal bonding, microwave measurement and simulation.
New Yorker Electronics supplies Exxelia Temex of the Exxelia Group and its full line of Film, Mica, Tantalum, Aluminum Electrolytics and Ceramic Capacitors as well as its EMI/RFI Filters, Magnetics, Position Sensors, Slip Rings and Rotary Joints.
