Corona Virus Supply Update

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation and provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 health emergency. The New Yorker Electronics Leadership Team is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on our supply chain.

As the number of cases continues to increase globally and in our local markets, New Yorker Electronics is taking additional preventive measures to curtail the spread of the virus within our locations. We have placed restrictions on site visits from customers, reps and vendors, our employees are working from home if the job function permits and we are staggering staff schedules for those that must go into the office. In addition, we have implemented international and domestic travel bans via air or any form of public transportation for the foreseeable future.

The health and safety of our employees remains a top priority for New Yorker Electronics and we are complying with all local, state and government requirements for social distancing. Our warehouse and backend office is fully operational and we are taking orders from customers, receiving incoming shipments from suppliers and generating outgoing shipments to customers. However, continued government restrictions and limited availability of transportation may cause some delays in the supply chain if the current situation worsens.

New Yorker Electronics communicates regularly with our suppliers to capture updated status information and to keep our customers informed of any changes in potential severity of impact to delivery of components manufactured in regions of the world affected by the virus.

As information can change very rapidly in this unprecedented environment, we will continue to communicate to our customers on our status and if there is a significant impact to our supply chain that would hinder our ability to provide the outstanding service that is typically received and expected from New Yorker Electronics.
